This summer we will step into a fantastical multiverse adventure where kids discover that being part of God’s kingdom isn’t just exciting—it’s a meaningful mission filled with purpose, belonging, and hope.

VBS (Vacation Bible School) is a week-long adventure for kids like no other! In five fun-packed days, kids will experience God’s love and grace through fantastic storytelling, adrenaline-fueled games, creatively-inspired crafts, high-energy songs, and an amazing opportunity to impact kids in our community and beyond.

Please have your child wear comfortable clothes and comfortable shoes each day to VBS. On the first day of VBS, your child will be given a VBS t-shirt when they check in. Your child must wear their VBS t-shirt every day in order to be on campus.
Extra t-shirts may be purchased for $10 when registering for VBS.

water bottle-labeled with first and last name
Pre-K to Kinder: a small bag to carry an extra set of clothes is highly recommended

Morning Drop-Off:
Doors open at 9:00am each day
An adult must walk with the child to check in using the Church Center App
Check-in will close at 9:30am and we will not be able to accept students that arrive after 9:30am
Afternoon Pick-Up
We will begin check-out at 2:30pm
Parents may join us for afternoon worship at 2pm

Late Drop-Off Policy for Parents: In order to ensure that we can properly accommodate all children and maintain a safe and efficient environment, we ask that parents adhere to the following late drop-off policy:
Late Drop-Offs Allowed for Approved Excuses: Late drop-offs are only permitted for approved excuses such as doctor’s appointments, family emergencies, or other exceptional circumstances.
Notification Requirement: In order to ensure proper planning and coordination, parents must notify the admin team via email at nlkids@seattlenewlife.orgat least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled drop-off time.
Approval Process: Once the notification is received, the admin team will review and approve or deny the request. Please wait for confirmation before proceeding with the late drop-off.
Unapproved Late Drop-Offs: Any late drop-offs without prior approval or notification may not be accommodated.
Early Pick Up Procedure: Please notify our team via email at nlkids@seattlenewlife.org or call (425) 970-2604. A team member will walk your child to the lobby for check-out.

Lunch will be provided Monday-Friday
We will share a menu with parents via email and post on our website as soon as possible.

We will offer a vegetarian option if needed.
If your child has food allergies, please provide an alternative lunch for him/her.
We will not be able to adjust registration costs if you choose to opt out of the provided lunches.

No, parents cannot stay on site during VBS unless you are a volunteer. For the safety of the children, every adult onsite will need to be background checked and have received training of our Child Protection Policy.
We invite you to volunteer with us so you can experience VBS with your child.

Any group changes must be approved by the VBS administrative team prior to the week of VBS.
For your child’s safety, please do not move your child to another group on your own. Groups are formed so we know where your child is at all times. Crew leaders are not authorized to move children to a different group.

We are not able to provide nap time for Pre-K and Kindergarten groups.
