• Gathered weekly in prayer for our group, our staff and elders, our congregation, and our future lead pastor, trusting God to guide us with humility and hope as we look toward the future of this church family

• Reviewed our long-term commitment and established a clear timeline with key milestones to keep our search on track over the next 12-18 months

• Aligned around the unique strengths and opportunities we see in our church, and thoughtfully defined the traits, responsibilities, and expectations we're looking for in a new lead pastor

• Refined and finalized our church profile and job description documents, capturing who we are and what we're called to
