Next Steps + Honduras Well Project

For every next steps card filled out, New Life will donate $25 to Honduras Living Well Project.

Where we live, clean water is a given. If you’re thirsty, turn on the tap and clean water comes right out.

The truth is – we’re in the minority. Right now, 780 million people on the planet still don’t have access to clean, safe, drinking water. To put the clean water crisis in perspective: diseases from dirty water kill more people every year than wars and terrorism combined. That’s 2,300 children dying each day from drinking unsafe water. It’s no exaggeration to say this is a global epidemic.

At New Life Church, Clean Water is a global cause - and we envision a day when every person on the planet has access to safe drinking water! That’s why we’re committed to sending financial support and manpower to support this cause.

Development Steps.

Without clean water, it’s impossible for other development to take place: economic, educational, you name it. Here’s a one-page handout.

How Wells Work.

You’ve seen photos of wells in villages, and at schools and clinics, but how do they work? Are wells always the best solution?

Water & Education.

It’s not that water is more important than education—it’s foundational. Try to convince teachers in the developing world otherwise. Educational opportunities linked to water have lifelong impacts across generations.
