Common Questions

  • Our services usually last 70-80 minutes and include music, prayer, scripture reading, and a time of teaching. We serve Communion on the first Sunday of the month during the worship gathering. We also celebrate new life in Christ through baptisms during our services.

  • We recommend arriving 10-15 minutes before service begins to allow time to find parking and navigate our unique building. You are welcome to bring your coffee with you or we also have coffee available in our lobby for you to enjoy. Additionally, if you are bringing kids, you may want to allow some extra time for check-in. We have Guest Family Tables with volunteers ready to welcome you and help you through the process.

  • Most people at our church dress casually, while a few dress more formally. We encourage you to wear what you would be most comfortable in.

  • Worship at New Life is about honoring and giving praise to God. We focus less on a specific style and more on preparing our hearts by singing songs of praise, confession and truths about who God is. You may see people singing with hands up or down, eyes open or closed; so please feel free to worship in the way that you feel led!

We believe worship is also more than just singing. Worship involves all that we do together as the body of Christ. At New Life, you will also see us worshipping God through reading the Bible; listening to the preaching of God’s Word; sharing in an offering of our gifts and tithes; and spending time in fellowship after the service.

  • You can read about our core beliefs on our What We Believe page.
